I can never get enough of the views from Bryce Canyon. I never cease to be amazed. If you want a truly picturesque view, go when there were recent snows. Here's another taste from the canyon.
Enjoy
For the love of photography and the magic of light, ...a commentary

Do you need a cloud photo for some of your backgrounds? You're welcome to download this one. I've pasted it into a few of my pics and it looks good.
If you like the seasonally changing colors then you'll enjoy this shot. In the Sierras, many of the broadleaf trees transition to bright yellows and burnt oranges just before dropping to the ground. While the original picture looks great, I really like how the same image modified with fractals turned out. The lines are smooth, the colors are more brilliant, and pay special attention to the foliage.
Below is the fractal of the same image. If you download it, enjoy it.

In this next set of photos taken in the Eastern Sierras, I show the difference between using fractals and not. The original picture is nice, the clouds came through well and the fall colors look great in front of the mountain in the background. Using fractals, however, really changes the look of the scene.
And here is the same photo using fractals. You can see there is heavy use. I don't always use fractals with such depth, but in this photo, it worked.

This next pic is another fractal and is a picture of the side shore of a lake in the Sierra Nevadas. The original picture was only okay, but using fractals greatly improved the image. The upper left corner is a higher mountain peak above the mid-range mountains which were covered in trees. On the right, fall tree colors are accentuated in the yellow and orange entangled colors.

I don't know, you tell me, what do you think of this picture as a fractal? I have the original below, but I think the fractal speaks volumes turning what is a reasonable shot into something rather nice.

Here's another shot of the old truck photo I took. This picture is mixed-up a little with the use of fractals. This shot is also hanging on one of my walls because as you can see it came out great. If you download and use this photo, help me out by making a donation.

This next picture is one of my favorites and there have been many downloads from one of my other sites. I'm now making it available here.
I took this picture in the Sierras. I found it while hiking in the woods. Today there is so much growth around the area another vehicle would not be able to traverse the area.
I took many pictures of this truck. I removed the background and lake of interest items. The truck was also buried up to the bottom of the frame. I have this one printed and hanging in my home. If you enjoy this pick, think about making a donation, thanks.

This scene shows a small picnic bench in the background. The air was crisp and slightly overcast with haze in the sky slightly obstructing the lengthly view. A few trees here and there are vivacious burnt red while the majority are yellow and ready to fall to the ground. Even the grasses, which are normally green and tall are yellowed and mostly trampled.
These are full-size images, just right-click and select to download to your computer. This image will look great on any wall where you're using Earth tones to accent the area.

This pic turned on great using fractals to mix the image. Feel free to download, use, and print this image for personal use only. This picture may not be used commercially. If you're feeling generous please donate a couple bucks to me if you can.
As always, my photography takes a while to shoot and process.
I hope you enjoy my shots. If you have ideas for photos you'd like me to post, please let me know.
